How to interact with evidence.com files
If the video has not been requested in the past 30 days there will be a red cloud icon shown. Click the icon to start the save process. Once completed “view file” text will replace the icon.
Once the video is ready a calendar icon will appear. Hover your mouse over to see how many days remain to view file (default set to 30 days after save request). Once the date passes you will need to click the red cloud icon again to ask for the file again.
Evidence.com files come with Meta data documents. Click the paper icon in the Related Docs column, then click the Meta Data link. A PDF will open in a new browser tab.
