The Apple iPad uses Safari as its default browser. If you don’t change this and use Safari as sent by Apple then try to view files they will not appear. Below tell you how to fix this issue.
Changing the settings
1. Start the Settings app.
2. In the pane on the left, tap “Safari.”
3. In the General section, turn off “Block Pop-ups” by swiping the switch to the left.
